I used this product for 4 years, in Switzerland and in the Netherlands. I have two cats and they share the same automated cat litter box. In the last months I bought it 3 times and never received the product due the the damage in the box, multiple times I received it and during the transport the box open causing a mess in my house. Its a great product, probably one of the best in the market, but the box it come make it impossible to continue to buy this product.
