Disappoining product
We have the old model working reliably since >6 years. When we needed a second one I decided unfortunately to by the expensive new model with the hub. I could pair the feeder and the hub once but at some point the connection was lost and cannot be paired again, despite trying everything in the manual. The online troubleshooting tool is too curious about private data before even talking to you, so this is not an option.
It works as a normal feeding machine but the hub is a loss.
